Shipping Rates
We offer simple flat-rate shipping based on the number of candles in your order:
1 Candle — $15 shipping
2 Candles — $20 shipping
3 or More Candles — $25 shipping
Orders Over $150 — FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders over $150.
How We Ship
Orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel™ service.
Canada Post Expedited Parcel includes parcel tracking and delivery confirmation, allowing you to follow your order from shipment through delivery.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive your tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
Processing & Delivery
We take care in preparing and packaging each candle before it leaves Harvi’s Hen House. Please allow time for your order to be prepared before shipping.
Once your package has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Weekends, holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
Packaging Your Candles
Candles can be fragile, so every order is packaged with care to help protect your purchase during shipping.
When your package arrives, we recommend inspecting your order promptly. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged item.
